Cathodic Electro Deposition Coating has two lines:
1.    Epoxy CED: Excellent corrosion resistance on ferros base
2.    Acrylic CED: High corrosion resistance and Weather durability on ferros base and aluminum

* Harmonize with environment without using lead


1. Load/unload station



2. Degreasing/surface conditioning/phosphate treatment in alkali liquid harmonized with environment


3. CED coating station: hold CED coating and severe control in chemicals, paint materials as well as paint quality, our company is proud of supplying to customers painted products with the best and stable quality.


 
4. Drying station: severe control in baking time and temperature



5. Hold modern DI supplying system and waste water treatment system to assure the best quality. 

 

6. After CED coating:we can assembly Bush by HORIZONTAL TYPE 5TON BOTH SIDE OIL PRESS MACHINE
